Responsibilities after Placements
- Once a candidate is placed as an employee with your organization then your unit is the candidate’s employer and has sole responsibility for the employee.
- THREE SEASONS has no liability or obligations in respect of your organization employee, including, without limitation, in respect of the termination of employment of the employee for any reason.
- Your organization must notify THREE SEASONS as soon as it makes an offer of employment to a candidate and provide details of that offer.
- If your organization defers a hiring decision in respect of a recruitment assignment performed by THREE SEASONS and a candidate is hired within one year of the date of the initial introduction by THREE SEASONS, your organization must pay to THREE SEASONS the normal permanent placement fee in accordance with these terms of business, when the andidate joins duty.
